Last week, Horizons at EA embarked on their first field trip of the summer to Longview Farm in Collegeville to participate in a “Seed to Snack” program through Greener Partners. We learned about gardening herbs and vegetables, picked our own blueberries, and snacked on some delicious goodies fresh from the garden! It was a fun-filled (very warm) morning. Everyone was happy to jump in the pool back at EA that afternoon for our daily swim time.
